BLOW YOUR NOSE!

I found that many times people dont have any understanding at all about how they should...blow your nose!
Firts, you do NOT have to tissue or cloth or your sleeve for that stuff...just do what I do and blow it all out through the nostril, one at a time.
The probelm with that is always people around watching you do it. It looks GROSS!!! So don;t do it then, do it somewhere else. Like in the woods or somewhere private. The problem with that is...noise! It's loud when you blow that stuff out of your nose and its hard to be quiet.
B A S I C    D I R E C T I O N S >>> 
1.  Plug the nostril you do NOT want stuff flying out of.
2. Take a DEEP BREATH.
3. Close your eye.
4. Close your mouth tight and and blow out HARD through so ALL the air comes out the OPEN nostril.
5. ALL the stuff in that ONE nostril will now COME OUT.

6. Make sure noone is watching and then...
7. Go back to number 1, but do it on the OTHER SIDE.

Many of you dont really know this correct method and this will most likely only make your suffering much worse. You have to blow the spores and acccummulated bactera out often enough to prevent it.

In my next letter let's try to really figure out whats happening up in the air. You proably won;t even believe it, but I can show the photos that will prove so much of what science has said all along!
